Dean has been with Dr. Vanderpool since the practice began in 1999. She enjoys assisting our patients from scheduling their procedure through their complete recovery.
She is a lifelong resident of Arkansas and now makes her home in Springdale with her husband and their Schnauzer, Winston.

Elizabeth has been in the administrative medical field for 15 years. She oversees, reviews and analyzes monthly reports and financial studies.
Elizabeth and her husband live in Fort Smith. She has always lived in Arkansas other than a 6-year stint traveling with her husband who was in the Air Force. They love to travel and spend time with their children who are in Houston and New York.

Gina Fedorchak, RN, BSN, MBA
Surgical and Clinical Services Manager
Gina coordinates our team to provide clients with cosmetic enhancements. This includes surgical procedures, laser treatments and skin care. Her years of nursing have taught her the importance of patient safety and the value of patient satisfaction. Exceeding our client’s expectations is her priority at Dr. Vanderpool’s office.
In 2008, Gina relocated to Northwest Arkansas and lives in Rogers with her husband and two dogs. They have two children together. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, cooking and yoga.

Wendy Smith, RN, RNC
CoolSculpting Specialist and Injectables
Wendy specializes in CoolSculpting as well as Botox and facial fillers. She loves the on-going relationships that she builds with our clients. Wendy brings compassionate, patient-centered care and true expertise in nursing to our office.
Wendy lives in Rogers with her husband and their twin daughters. Some of her hobbies include cooking, exercising, and reading.

Maddie Thornton, RN, BSN, CSRN
Maddie is our pre-operative and post-operative nurse. It’s Maddie’s smiling face that our patients see both before and after their surgery. She enjoys getting to know all our patients and putting them at ease throughout their surgical experience.
Maddie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2010 from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and in 2014 became a certified Conscious Sedation Nurse. Maddie’s first priority is ensuring patients feel comfortable with their entire experience at Dr. Vanderpool’s office. Maddie and her husband live in Prairie Grove with their two daughters, a Boxer named Gaby and a Chiweenie named Rosie. In her free time, Maddie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching movies.

Missy Seamster, RN
Missy’s caring attitude and outgoing personality are treasured in our office. As a perioperative nurse, she works closely with our team to coordinate patient care, ensure patient safety and provide education to our patients and their families.
Missy and her family live in Garfield. Together they enjoy boating and family time on Beaver Lake. Missy is also a newly certified scuba diver and looks forward to more time in the water.

Michell Hennigan, RN
Clinical and Medical Esthetics
Michell is cross trained in all areas of our office ensuring all processes go as smooth as possible for our patients and their families. She specializes in skin rejuvenation. This includes laser treatments, microdermabrasions, skin peels, as well as medical grade skin care treatments. Michell enjoys seeing the transformation in her patients and making them feel good about themselves.
Michell enjoys spending time with her daughter, her dogs, playing guitar, painting, watching movies, and reading.

Valerie Rankin, RN
Clinical and CoolSculpting Specialist
Valerie is also cross trained in all areas of our office including being certified as a CoolSculpting specialist. She enjoys building relationships with our patients and helping them through their journey to feel more confident.
Valerie lives in Fayetteville with her husband and two children. She loves to travel, relaxing by the pool, sleeping in, and watching football. Most of all, Valerie loves being a mother to her two boys.

Leigh’s responsibilities are to reflect the caring nature of Dr. Vanderpool and our staff by meeting the needs of our very important clients. A fun, pleasant experience is what she strives to provide when you first walk in our door. Leigh is highly energetic, loves being outdoors, traveling to exotic places and meeting new people.
Leigh and her husband have three wonderful children. Animals and nature are such a passion that Leigh became a horse and dog trainer.
Favorite spot on earth: After many missions–traveling and living in Panama, Guatemala, Haiti, Kenya, and Mexico, Leigh’s favorite spot is right here in Northwest Arkansas.
Gets her up in the morning: Making a difference in someone–whether in a grocery store line or working at Dr. Vanderpool’s office.

Linda enjoys meeting and assisting all of Dr. Vanderpool’s CoolSculpting patients. Her goal is to make patients feel welcome when scheduling their first CoolSculpting consultation and comfortable when scheduling their treatment by providing patient-focused service.
She has been a Fayetteville resident since attending the University of Arkansas. Linda’s favorite activities include: family time with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs, traveling without an agenda, stumbling on great art and cooking new dishes.

Krista joined the team in 2006. As a CoolSculpting Specialist she is dedicated to improving her patient’s overall appearance. She thrives on making people feel more confident as a result. Krista’s sweet and sincere disposition coupled with her attention to detail make her a valued team member.
Krista and her husband live in Washington County with their four dogs. They enjoy hiking and camping with friends.

Jessica enjoys meeting and assisting all of Dr. Vanderpool’s patients. Her skills ensure that the front office is functioning in an effective and efficient manner. Jessica has that ability to coordinate with all our staff to make our patient’s experience here seamless.
Jessica and her husband have a lovely little daughter. She also is expecting a son coming May 2018. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and warm weather.

Sidney Perkins, CST
Certified Surgical Technologist and Instrument Technician
Sidney ensures that all of our surgical instruments are washed, sterilized, safe, and ready to use for the patient’s surgery. She works closely with the surgical team assisting in the operating room when needed.
Sidney lives in West Fork with her husband and kids. She loves to spend time with her family and friends doing anything outside. Sidney also likes to cook and bake.
